日向1932年发现于我国台湾台东县山区。具有光泽的雄大叶姿，半立叶，叶片修长，叶子长度约40-50cm，宽度约2-3cm，叶端尖，叶肉宽厚，发芽率高，开花率高，褐色花，一杆多花，浓香，叶片上呈现出黄白色深复轮垂线艺,有时变化为黄白色大复轮，线艺色彩明快、鲜明、稳定。
